Terms & Conditions

This promotion is only open to renters residing in Singapore.

Eligible booking period: 15 May 2009 to 27 August 2009.

Rental must have taken place between 01 June 2009 - 31 August 2009 (day of vehicle pick up) = all rentals with pick up dates between 01 June to 31 August are eligible.

Renters must register on the official contest registration page providing their Name, Email Address, & Avis Reservations Number to qualify for the lucky draw.

Eligible car rental destinations: ALL countries with Avis presence.

Offers are valid at pay at destination rentals only. No minimum or maximum rental length applies.

No refund will be given for petrol charges/ insurance excess/fines/administrative fees/surcharges.

The booker must also be the renter and payer.

Exchange rate will be calculated based on the date of confirmed reservations

This Lucky Draw is not open to Avis employees or their family members.

Avis reserves the sole right to exclude any person at its absolute discretion.

Winners will be notified by email or phone and their names will be published on the Avis Singapore website. Any prize not claimed within 30 days from the date of notification, shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of Avis.

The decision of Avis on all matters relating to or in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

The lucky draw will happen on the 10th of every month (July/August/September) - if a rental is returned on the 11th day of the month, the rental will be included in the next month's draw.
